Fountain of Youth Exercises: The Five Tibetan Rites

If you are looking for an elixir of youth and want to look and feel your best for as long as you can, you may want to start practising the Five Tibetan Rites.

Chakras_map_svgThe Five Tibetan Rites are a series of 5 exercises, performed up 21 times, believed to have miraculous healing and age defying qualities. The Rites were discovered by the Tibetan monks, who, it is believed, have been practising them for over two thousand years (video below).

The West was first made aware of the ‘Five Tibetans’ when Peter Kelder published his book, ‘The Eye of Revelation’ in 1939. The book explained how powerful the Tibetans are for healing the mind, body and spirit.

British celebrity, Bruce Forsyth, is said to swear by the ‘Five Tibetan Rites’ for keeping him youthful and vibrant. Anyone who has seen him in action, will attest to the fact he has got the vigour of a man thirty years younger.

Also known as the Fountain of Youth by those who practice them, the Five Tibetan Rites are known to have many amazing health benefits for the practitioners such as:

When you first perform the Five Tibetan Rites you will probably find them challenging to do. When starting out doing just 5 repetitions of each exercise is often enough.
