Double cream has healthy fats, good amounts of protein, calcium, and phosphorus, and can help curb your mid-meal cravings.
1 cup, full-fat, natural yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp double cream
Place all the above ingredients, except the double cream, into a blender and whizz up for a few seconds.
Add the cream and blend again for a few seconds, until smooth and creamy.
