Pasta: unless otherwise specified, assume all pasta has wheat

Cheese: cream cheese and other imitation cheeses may contain wheat

Snacks: crackers, crisps, dry-roasted or flavoured nuts, corn-chips and savoury snacks

Ground Spices: curry powders, barbecue and Cajun may have hidden wheat

Condiments and Salad Dressings: hidden wheat will often be lurking here, always check label

Alcohol: Lager and beer

Sweets: liquorice, chocolate treats, chewing gum and anything that contains cereal extract

Instant drinks and malted drinks
