Light and refreshing this dip is a great accompaniment for vegi-burgers and lamb burgers or kebabs.
Suitable for maintenance and levels 1,2,3 and 4
Health Bite: Authentic Greek yoghurt is a great source of protein and is rich in probiotics which is beneficial to the intestinal flora.
1 cup of full-fat thick Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp fresh mint, very finely chopped
1 to 2 tsp Agarve syrup or honey (depending on preferred sweetness add 1 tsp and add more if needed)
(pinch of salt if desired)
Put all ingredients into a bowl and using a hand blender whisk up until yoghurt is of a runnier consistency.
Pour into serving bowl or chill until needed.
Serving Suggestion: Goes great with falafel or onion bhaji.
