Roquefort Dip

Served with either crudities or wheat-free flatbread, this dip is both refreshing and delicious. It can be made in minutes and works well as a starter, snack or addition to a buffet.

Suitable for maintenance and levels 1,2,3 and 4


Serves 2 as a snack or starter (double or triple ingredients for greater yield)

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of Roquefort cheese crumbled


Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy.
