Sweet Chilli Salmon

Salmon is so simple to cook and is incredibly versatile. It works well in light summer dishes or heartier winter dinners.

Health Bite: Being high in protein and omega 3 oils, salmon should be put on the menu on a weekly basis.

Sweet Chilli Salmon Recipe

2 fillets of salmon 

1 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce

1 tbsp gluten-free soya sauce

Instructions

Mix together soy sauce and sweet chilli dipping sauce.

Place salmon fillets on a piece of foil, large enough to wrap into a parcel, pour combined sauces over salmon and wrap foil round.

Place in a steamer or a pre-heated oven and cook for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on how well you like it cooked.

Serving Suggestion: This dish goes well with boiled rice or buckwheat, or with an array of green vegetables (broccoli, mange tout, pak choi and spring greens)
